Abstract
Burze su organizirana tržišta vrijednosnih papira. Vrijednosnim papirima trguje se preko šaltera ili na burzama vrijednosnih papira. Burze predstavljaju fizičke cjeline. Sve veće burze imaju svoju zgradu, određene članove te izabrano upravljačko tijelo. Organizirane burze vrijednosnih papira pružaju poslovnom svijetu nekoliko koristi. Burze i trgovanje na burzama direktno je povezano s financijskim tržištima. Jedna od najpoznatijih organiziranih burza na svijetu je NYSE. Povijesno gledano NYSE je najpoznatija organizirana burza vrijednosnica. Na NYSE-u trgovina je započela 1792. godine. Da bi neko poduzeće bilo član burze mora ispuniti nekoliko uvjeta. Zbog raznolikosti poduzeća, NYSE posjeduje nekoliko različitih tržišta. Američka financijska tržišta vrlo su sofisticirana i olakšavaju javnosti da preuzmu određene tvrtke. Način na koji se to odvija u Americi jednostavniji je nego u ostalim zemljama. Informacije o tvrtkama također se lako dobivaju te se podiže povjerenje investitora iz cijelog svijeta. Kao rezultat toga, američka burza privlači najviše ulagača. To je atraktivno mjesto za američke kompanije koje dolaze kada su spremne za rast.
Abstract (english)
Stock exchanges are organized securities markets. Securities are traded through counters or on stock exchanges. Stock exchanges are physical units. All major stock exchanges have their own building, certain members and an elected governing body. Organized stock exchanges provide the business world with several benefits. Stock exchanges and stock exchange trading are directly related to financial markets. One of the most famous organized stock exchanges in the world is the NYSE. Historically, the NYSE is the most famous organized stock exchange. At the NYSE, trade began in 1792. In order for a company to be a member of the stock exchange, it must meet several conditions. Due to the diversity of the company, the NYSE owns several different markets. U.S. financial markets are very sophisticated and make it easier for companies to take over the public than in other countries. Company information is also easy to obtain. This raises the confidence of investors from all over the world. As a result, the US stock market attracts the most investors. It is an attractive place for American companies to come when they are ready to grow.
