Abstract
Tema ovog rada odnosi se na utjecajne čimbenike na financijsko ponašanje studenata, koji u kojoj mjeri utječu na studente i njihovo ophođenje novcem. Mnogi su čimbenici tu, ali valja istaknuti utjecaj okoline, razinu financijske pismenosti i financijske odgovornosti pojedinaca, interesa i dr. Financije su neizostavni dio života te kao takve iziskuju određena znanja od pojedinaca da bi isti mogao uspješno ophoditi novcem u svrhu boljitka života. U današnje vrijeme ljudi često posežu za kreditima i drugim financijskim instrumentima u svrhu olakšanja svakodnevnice. Nedovoljno informiranja, ali i informacijska asimetrija može dovesti do neželjenih posljedica, poput slučaja opisanog kasnije u radu. Financijska pismenost jedan je od glavnih činitelja financijskog ponašanja, te kao takva iziskuje visoku razinu poznavanja osnovnih i složenijih pojmova, odnosno financijskih znanja, da bi se moglo uspješno orijentirati. Nadalje, financijska odgovornost uvjetuje uspješno kontroliranje i alokaciju financija bez čega se, u današnje vrijeme konzumerizma, teže postavljaju prioriteti, poput štednje, koja doprinosi određenoj sigurnosti u slučaju nepredvidljivih situacija.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper refers to the factors influencing college students' financial behaviour, which factors influence students in what extent and their use of money. Many factors can be named, but the influence of the surrounding society and media, the level of financial literacy and financial responsibility of individuals, interests, etc. should be emphasized. Finances are an indispensable part of life and as such require certain knowledge from individuals for them to successfully use money for the purpose of improving their lives. Nowadays, people often resort to loans and other financial instruments to make everyday life easier. Insufficient information, but also informational asymmetry can lead to unwanted consequences, such as the case described later in the paper. Financial literacy is one of the main factors of financial behaviour, and as such requires a high level of knowledge of basic and more complex concepts, or financial knowledge, to be able to successfully navigate through challenges of allocating money. Furthermore, financial responsibility requires the successful control and allocation of finances, without which, in this time of consumerism, it is more difficult to set priorities, such as savings, which contributes to a certain security in case of unforeseen situations.
