Abstract
Ovim radom prikazuje se kako razvoj i unaprjeđenje tehnologije utječu na promjene u kulturnom turizmu. Za potrebe rada provedeno je istraživanje kvalitete virtualnog kulturnog doživljaja na temelju virtualne šetnje Tehničkog muzeja Nikola Tesla. Cilj istraživanja je ispitati koji čimbenici utječu na stvaranje pozitivnog i kvalitetnog virtualno-kulturnog doživljaja. Istraživanje je provedeno putem online anketnog upitnika te je prikupljeno 123 upitnika. Nakon prikupljanja podataka provedena je deskriptivna statistička analiza prema kojoj ispitanici najviše ocjenjuju živopisnost i estetsku kvalitetu pregleda virtualne šetnje, dok najnižu prosječnu ocjenu ima dimenzija teleprisutnosti. Ovo istraživanje pruža uvid u kvalitetu i zadovoljstvo uslugama virtualne šetnje Tehničkog muzeja Nikola Tesla te može poslužiti menadžmentu muzeja u unaprjeđenju svojih usluga.
Abstract (english)
This paper demonstrates how the development and improvement of technology cause major changes in cultural tourism. For the necessities of the paper, a research of the quality of the virtual cultural experience was conducted based on a virtual walk of the Nikola Tesla Technical Museum. The research aims to evaluate which factors influence the creation of a positive and quality virtual-cultural experience. The research was conducted through an online survey questionnaire in a form of 123 collected questionnaires. After gathering the data, a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted. The results indicate that respondents rated the vividness and aesthetic quality of virtual walk with the highest score, while the telepresence dimension had the lowest average rating. This research also provides insight into the quality and satisfaction with the services of the virtual walk of the Nikola Tesla Technical Museum and can assist the museum management in improving its services.
