Abstract | Suvremeno hotelsko poslovanje karakterizira visoka razina automatizacije i informatizacije poslovnih procesa, što pruža gostima bolje iskustvo boravka, a hotelima omogućuje veću učinkovitost i smanjenje troškova. Zahvaljujući razvoju tehnologije, u hotelskom poslovanju javljaju se brojne inovacije i trendovi vezani uz informatizaciju poslovanja, to su primjerice: online rezervacije i plaćanja, korištenje mobilnih uređaja, korištenje umjetne inteligencije i chatbotova, korištenje IoT-a, korištenje VR-a i AR-a, digitalni marketing, upravljanje gostima, automatizacija poslovanja, upravljanje objektima, implementacija mobilnih podataka, primjenjuje se tehnologija u sobama za goste, personalizacija, buduće (probne) mreže, pojačavanje sigurnost, ušteda energije i dr. Suvremeno hotelsko poslovanje također uključuje fokus na ekološku održivost i društvenu odgovornost, kao i personalizirano iskustvo za gosta. Kako bi se postigla najviša razina kvalitete, hoteli se udružuju u hotelske lance koji postaju glavni nositelji globalne poslovne orijentacije moderne hotelske industrije. Dakle, kod modernog hotelskog poslovanja naglasak je na pružanju izvrsnog korisničkog iskustva, personaliziranoj usluzi, korištenju različitih digitalnih kanala za marketing, prodaju i komunikaciju s gostima, inovacijama i dr. Ukratko, tehnologija ima ključnu ulogu u razvoju modernog hotelskog poslovanja i omogućuje hotelima da poboljšaju svoje usluge, povećaju produktivnost te pruže izvrsno korisničko iskustvo. |
Abstract (english) | Modern hotel business is characterized by a high level of automation and computerization of business processes, which provides guests with a better stay experience, and enables hotels to be more efficient and reduce costs. Thanks to the development of technology, numerous innovations and trends related to computerization of business appear in the hotel business, for example: online reservations and payments, use of mobile devices, use of artificial intelligence and chatbots, use of IoT, use of VR and AR , digital marketing, business automation, guest management, facilities management, integration of mobile data, application of technology in guest rooms, personalization, future (trial) networks, increased security, energy saving, etc. Modern hotel business also includes a focus on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, as well as a personalized experience for the guest. In order to achieve the highest level of quality, hotels join together in hotel chains that become the main bearers of the global business orientation of the modern hotel industry. So, in modern hotel business, the emphasis is on providing an excellent user experience, personalized service, using different digital channels for marketing, sales and communication with guests, innovation, etc. In short, technology plays a key role in the development of modern hotel business and enables hotels to improve their services, increase productivity and provide an excellent user experience. |
