Abstract
U ovom radu istražit će se obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva te njihova uloga u razvoju ruralnog turizma. Ruralni turizam predstavlja zadovoljavanje potreba turista u stjecanju novih saznanja i iskustava vezanih za ruralne prostore te specifičnosti tih prostora koje podrazumijevaju tradicionalna zanimanja, kušanje domaćih proizvoda, upoznavanje domaćih životinja, kulture i tradicije lokalnog stanovništva. Boravak na ruralnim prostorima turistima omogućuje odmor u mirnom okruženju i čistom okolišu, ali i pregršt aktivnosti u prirodi. Polazeći od teorijskih postavki razvoja ruralnog turizma u radu će se pokazati mogući smjerovi razvoja ruralnog turizma na obiteljskim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima s ciljem stvaranja nove turističke ponude. Mala obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva pružaju velik potencijal za razvoj ruralnog turizma zbog čega sve veći broj njih proširuje svoju primarnu djelatnost i upotpunjuje je turističkom ponudom. U Republici Hrvatskoj ruralni turizam nedovoljno je razvijen, stoga se ovim radom naglašavaju pozitivne, ali i negativne strane razvoja istoga. Realizacija ponude ruralnog turizma uključuje sinergiju svih sudionika ruralnog područja, vlasnika obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava koji kreiranju turistički proizvod, lokalnoga stanovništva, različitih udruga, lokalnih vlasti, ali i vlade. Razvojem ruralnog turizma mogu se stvoriti konkurentske prednosti destinacije temeljene na autentičnosti i u skladu s trendovima potražnje na turističkom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This paper will be explored family farms and their role in the development of rural tourism. Rural tourism is meeting the needs of tourists in gaining new knowledge and experiences related to rural areas and the specifics of these areas, which include traditional occupations, tasting local products, getting to know domestic animals, culture and traditions of the local population. Staying in rural areas allows tourists to relax in a quiet environment and clean environment, but also a handful of activities in nature. Starting from the theoretical assumptions of the development of rural tourism, the paper will show the possible directions of development of rural tourism on family farms with the aim of creating a new tourist offer. Small family farms offer great potential for the development of rural tourism, which is why an increasing number of them are expanding their primary activity and complementing it with the tourist offer. In the Republic of Croatia, rural tourism is insufficiently developed, so this paper emphasizes the positive and negative aspects of its development. The realization of the offer of rural tourism includes the synergy of all participants in the rural area, owners of family farms who create a tourist product, the local population, various associations, local authorities and the government. The development of rural tourism can create competitive advantages of the destination based on authenticity and in line with the trends of demand in the tourism market.
