Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je detaljno tema kamatnog računa i njihovih osnovnih obilježja. Definirani su osnovni pojmovi kamatnog računa kao što su kamatnjak, glavnica i ostali uvjeti koji ga određuju. Uz to, objašnjeno je i prikazano primjerima jednostavan i složeni obračun kamata. Jednostavni i složeni kamatni račun svoju praktičnu primjenu imaju u uobičajenim poslovnim situacijama: primanju i davanju zajmova (kredita), najamnom odnosu u ulozi zajmodavca i zajmoprimca, ulaganju u obveznice i druge dužničke instrumente, diskontiranju mjenica, dugotrajnih potraživanja i obveza, obračunu zateznih kamata i sl. Nastavno slijedi dio koji nam pojašnjava zajmove i njegove dijelove. U ovom dijelu uz izradu otplatnih tablica prikazani su također modeli otplate zajma uz primjere
Abstract (english)
In this final paper the subject of interest account and their basic characteristics is processed in detail. The basic concepts of interest account, such as interest rate, equity and other conditions that determine it. In addition, it is explained and exemplified simple and complex calculation of interest account. Simple and compound interest account their practical application have in common business situations: receiving and giving of loans (loans), wage compared to the role of lenders and borrowers, investment in bonds and other debt instruments, discounting bills of exchange, long-term receivables and liabilities, calculation of interest on late payments and other. The following part is clarifying the loans and their components. In this part are also shown the repayment tables within the basic models of loan repayment
