Abstract
Ovaj završni rad istražuje različite izvore financiranja mikro i malih poslovnih subjekata. Kroz analizu literature te istraživanja slučaja, istražuju se tradicionalni i alternativni izvori financiranja te njihova primjena u kontekstu mikro i malih poduzeća. Tradicionalni izvori financiranja obuhvaćaju bankovne kredite, subvencije, državne potpore i investicije, dok u alternativne izvore financiranja spadaju crowdfunding, poslovni anđeli, venture capital i peer-to-peer lending. Rad analizira prednosti i nedostatke tradicionalnih i alternativnih izvora financiranja te ističe važnost prilagođavanja izbora financijskih izvora specifičnim potrebama i karakteristikama mikro i malih poduzeća. Također, istražuju se faktori koji utječu na pristup izvorima financiranja, uključujući kreditnu sposobnost, povijest poslovanja, sektor djelovanja i opću ekonomsku situaciju. Kroz detaljnu analizu, rad pruža uvid u raznolikost izvora financiranja dostupnih mikro i malim poslovnim subjektima te naglašava važnost strategije i prilagodbe u procesu odabira i korištenja tih izvora kako bi se osiguralo održivo poslovanje i rast malih poduzeća. Ključne riječi: izvori financiranja, mikro poslovni subjekti, makro poslovni subjekti.
Abstract (english)
This thesis examines various sources of financing for micro and small businesses. Through literature analysis and case studies, traditional and alternative sources of financing and their application in the context of micro and small enterprises are being researched. Traditional sources of financing include bank loans, subsidies, government support and investments, while alternative sources of financing include crowdfunding, business angels, venture capital and peer-to-peer lending. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and alternative sources of financing and highlights the importance of adapting the choice of financial sources to the specific needs and characteristics of micro and small businesses. Also, factors influencing access to funding sources are being researched, including creditworthiness, business history, sector of activity and general economic situation. Through a detailed analysis, the paper provides insight into the diversity of financing sources available to micro and small businesses and emphasizes the importance of strategy and adaptation in the process of selecting and using these sources to ensure sustainable operations and growth of small businesses.
