Abstract
Cilj završnog rada jest obraditi pojam prostornog razvoja, interesa i ciljeva, načina provedbe te samih rezultata. Svrha rada je predlaganje alternativa i mogućnosti za unapređenje prostornog razvoja, upozoriti na situacije s kojima se Hrvatska svakodnevno susreće, a utječu na razvoj i zaštitu prostora te potaknuti stanovništvo da samoinicijativno razmišlja i postupa u korist prostora i okoliša. U radu su predložene i perspektive odnosno opći ciljevi perspektiva prostornog razvoja. One ukazuju... More na potrebu prilagođavanja prostornog uređenja. Glavni ciljevi su definiranje i unapređenje perspektiva te obnova postojećeg stanja u Hrvatskoj. Prostorni razvoj, odnosno prostorno planiranje Republike Hrvatske temeji se na Strategiji i Programu, no polazište moraju također biti i načela i sam postupak koji planeri moraju znati da bi mogli planirati, stoga se govori i o temeljnim načelima u postupku planiranja prostora kao što su : jednakost kulturnog, gospodarskog i društvenog razvoja države, očuvanje korištenja i zaštite prostora uz održivi razvoj, razvijanje prostora te očuvanje prirodne i kulturne baštine. Abstract (english)
The aim of the dissertation is to address the concept of Spatial Development , interests and goals, and ways of implementation of the results. The purpose of such work is to propose alternatives and possibilities for improvement of physical development, attention to the situation with which Croatia has to meet, and affect the development and protection of the area and encourage people to think and act on their own initiative in favor of the environment and surroundings. The paper proposed... More the perspective and the general aims of Spatial Development Perspective. They point to the need to adapt spatial planing. The main objectives are to define and to improve the perspectives and the current situation in Croatia. Spatial development, and spatial planning the Croatian either on the Strategy and the Programme, but also the starting point must be the principle and the procedure that planners need to know to be able to plan, so we talk about the basic principles in the planning area, such as equality cultural, economic and social development of the country, preservation of the use and protection of space to sustainable development, the development of space and the preservation of natural and cultural heritage.
