Abstract
Diplomskim radom naslova „Uloga modela projekata u kulturi na primjeru Zagreba i Beča“ istražuje se važnost same kulture, odnosno modela projekata u kulturi na konkretnom primjeru dvaju gradova – Zagreba i Beča. Istraživanje je usmjereno na uloge menadžmenta i modela projekata kao osnove oblikovanja kulturne ponude. Uz elaboraciju višeznačnosti pojma projekta u kulturi kao posljedice različitih pristupa, istraživanje određuje pojam unutar pojedinih područja te iznosi odrednice menadžmenta u kulturi i modela projekata u kulturi. Okruženje u kojem djeluju sve institucije iz područja kulture u stalnim su promjenama, odnosno neprestano se mijenjaju. Stoga je vrlo važno shvatiti što se događa u okruženju te pokušati predvidjeti na koji način određeni događaji i promjene izvan same organizacije utječu na samu njezinu organizaciju, a samim time i na tijek projekta. Iz tog se razloga poseban naglasak u radu stavlja na konkretan primjer, odnosno analizu sadašnjeg stanja modela projekata u kulturi na primjeru grada Zagreba i Beča, te na empirijsko istraživanje stavova studenata o modelima projekata kulture u Zagrebu i Beču primjenom anketnog upitnika.
Abstract (english)
Through this graduate thesis of „The role of project models in culture on the example of Zagreb and Vienna“, the importance of culture itself, in example model of projects in culture, is explored on the concrete example of two cities – Zagreb and Vienna. The research focuses on the role of management and project models as the basis for forming a cultural offer. Subsequently to elaborating the multidimensionality of the concept of a project in culture as a consequence of different approaches, research determines the concept within individual areas and sets out the determinants of culture management and modeling in the culture. The environment in which all institutions in the cultural field are constantly changing. Therefore it is very important to understand what is happening in the environment and trying to predict how certain events and changes affect the organization itself and the course of the project itself. For this very reason, emphasis is on a concrete example, for instance, analysis of the current state of the project model in culture, for example of the City of Zagreb and Vienna, and on the empirical research of students` views on projects of cultural models in Zagreb and Vienna using a survey.
