Abstract
Marketinške aktivnosti poduzetnika u turizmu manifestiraju se u različitim oblicima, a u novije vrijeme sve veću važnost imaju one u digitalnom obliku. Kako bi poduzetnici bili što konkurentniji i što uspješniji izrazito je bitno da budu aktualni i prisutni na mreži. Digitalne tehnologije, danas, ruše sve prostorne i vremenske barijere kako među korisnicima tako i među poduzećima te na taj način pružaju brojne mogućnosti u komunikaciji. S razvitkom digitalnih marketinških aktivnosti do izražaja dolazi potreba istraživanja koncepta pod nazivom SoLoMo (Social-Local-Mobile) koji se analizira u okviru ovog diplomskog rada. Navedeni koncept predstavlja okosnicu svih marketinških aktivnosti poduzetnika iz područja turizma koje se odvijaju na mreži, a koje imaju utjecaja i na mreži i izvan nje te se samim time stavlja naglasak na važnosti samog koncepta za poslovanje poduzetnika u turizmu. Provedena je kvalitativna analiza literature te dubinski intervju s poduzetnicima u turizmu. Rezultati kvalitativne analize literature ukazuju na postojanje velikog broja istraživanja na strani potražnje odnosno krajnjih korisnika koncepta SoLoMo, dok s druge strane poduzetnička odnosno strana ponude ostaje gotovo zanemarena. Ovaj rad nastoji popuniti praznine na strani ponude te ukazati na važnost korištenja SoLoMo koncepta u turizmu.
Abstract (english)
Marketing activities of tourism entrepreneurs have several different forms and in recent time those in digital form have become increasingly important. In order for entrepreneurs to be as competitive and as succesful as possible it is extremely importat for them to be current and present online. Today, digital technologies break down any spatial and time barriers between users and companies, thus providing numerous possibilities in communication. With the development of digital marketing activities it becomes more and more important to research a concept named SoLoMo (Social-Local-Mobile) which is the basis of this thesis. Previously mentioned concept represents the backbone of all marketing activities of tourism entrepreneurs that take place in online evnironment but which have impact online and offline, thus emphasizing the importance of the concept itself for the business of tourism entrepreneurs. The results of the qualitative analysis of the literature indicate the existence of a large number of demand and the users of SoLoMo concept, while on the other hand, the entrepreneurial side remains neglected. This thesis tries to fill in the gaps on the entrepreneurial side and point out the importance of using the SoLoMo concept in tourism.
