Abstract
Tema ovog rada odnosi se na procjenu sposobnosti malih poduzeća temeljene na novčanom toku i analizu izvješća o novčanom toku na konkretnom primjeru malog poduzeća. Prvi korak procjene sposobnosti je poznavanje i shvaćanje financijskih izvještaja. U tome segmentu koriste se teorijska znanja financijskog menadžmenta kao temeljni element upravljanja poduzećem koji se bavi upravljanjem financijskim resursima i financijskim aktivnostima u poduzeću. More uvid u poslovne, financijske i investicijske aktivnosti poduzeća, pomažući identificirati obrasce i trendove koji utječu na njegovu buduću financijsku stabilnost. Razumijevajući podjelu novčanih tokova i adekvatnom primjenom metoda izrade izvještaja novčanih tokova detaljno se istražuje kako novac ulazi i izlazi iz poduzeća u određenom vremenskom razdoblju. U ovome radu primjenjuju se navedena teorijska znanja na konkretnom primjeru malog poduzeća kako bi se demonstrirala stvarna primjena financijskih analitičkih alata i metoda. Kroz analizu konkretnog slučaja, istražuju se financijski pokazatelji i izvješća o novčanom toku ključni za procjenu financijskog zdravlja i sposobnosti malih poduzeća te se nude praktične preporuke za poboljšanje financijske izvedivosti i dugoročnu održivost. Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is related to the assessment of the ability of small businesses based on cash flow and the analysis of cash flow reports on the specific example of a small business. The first step in assessing ability is knowing and understanding financial statements. In this segment, the theoretical knowledge of financial management is used as a fundamental element of company management, which deals with the management of financial resources and financial activities in the... Cash flow statement analysis provides insight into a company's business, financial and investment activities, helping to identify patterns and trends that affect its future financial stability. By understanding the distribution of cash flows and by adequately applying methods of creating cash flow statements, it is investigated in detail how money enters and exits the company in a certain period. In this paper, theoretical knowledge is applied to the concrete example of a small company in order to demonstrate the real application of financial analytical tools and methods. Through case study analysis, financial indicators and cash flow reports critical to assessing the financial health and capability of small businesses are explored, and practical recommendations are offered for improving financial viability and long-term sustainability.
