Abstract
Terorizam ima čitav niz negativnih efekata na ljudsku zajednicu. Utječe nepovoljno na sigurnost zajednice, financijsku stabilnost, društveno formiranje, sva događanja te na kraju i ekologiju. Destinacija se mijenja poslije terorističkog napada jer vidljiva je prisutnost policije i vojske na ulicama, a manje je turista. Terorizam ima izrazito nepovoljne efekte na zemlje u razvoju, kao i one kojima je turizam glavni izvor prihoda. Analiza raznih destinacija pokazuje kako im je potreban značajan vremenski period da se oporave od terorizma. Turizam je prije svega ekonomska pojava te samim time jedan od važnijih gospodarskih okosnica čiji se prosperitet temelji, između ostaloga, na sigurnosti turista. Turisti će stoga imati manji inklinacije ka onim destinacijama koje su pogodne za terorističke napade. Kao dodatna posljedica, destinacija gubi novac, što dodatno utječe na lokalno stanovništvo.
Abstract (english)
Terrorism has a number of negative effects on the human community. It adversely affects community security, financial stability, social formation, all events and, ultimately, the environment. The destination is changing after the terrorist attack because the presence of police and army on the streets is visible, and there are fewer tourists. Terrorism has markedly adverse effects on developing countries, as well as those for which tourism is the main source of income. Analysis of various destinations shows that they need a significant period of time to recover from terrorism. Tourism is one of the most important economic branches whose prosperity is based, among other things, on the safety of tourists. Tourists will therefore have less inclination towards those destinations that are suitable for terrorist attacks. As an additional consequence, the destination loses money, which further affects the local population.
