The main focus of the final paper entitled "Gastronomic heritage of Croatia in the tourist offer". has researched traditional dishes of the Republic of Croatia by specific regions. The gastronomic heritage of Croatia represents the main segment in the development of the country's tourist offer, enriching the experience through authentic dishes and local specialties. The variety of cuisine is based on regional specialities, from the Mediterranean flavors of Dalmatia and Istria to continental ones tradition of Slavonia and central Croatia. Through the analysis of existing resources and market opportunities we point out the key role of gastronomy in attracting tourists/visitors and improving it competitiveness of Croatia as a tourist destination. With the increasing interest of tourists for with an authentic experience, gastronomic heritage becomes a strategic element in the profiling of Croatia on a global scale.
