Abstract
U ovom radu prikazala se povezanost francuske i hrvatske gastronomije i isprepletenost jezičnih varijanti u geografsko-kulturološkom kontekstu obje zemlje. Teme rada s kojima se dokazala povezanost te dvije zemlje su slijedeće: analiza francuske gastronomije, istraživanje svjetskih gastronomija, analiza hrvatske gastronomije, propitivanje utjecaja francuske kuhinje na hrvatsku te istraživanje važnosti gastronomskog turizma.
Abstract (english)
This article presents the link between French and Croatian gastronomy and the interweaving of linguistic variants in the geographical and cultural context of the two countries. The working themes with which the link of these two countries has been proven are: analysis of French gastronomy, research of world gastronomy, analysis of Croatian gastronomy, questioning of the influence of French cuisine on Croatian and research into the importance of gastronomic tourism.
