Sažetak | U ovome se diplomskome radu definira postupak projektiranja animacijskog programa, kako teorijski, tako i empirijski. Pri tome, poseban se naglasak stavlja na projektiranje posebnog animacijskog programa, namijenjenog isključivo turističkim animatorima (zaposlenicima), točnije, na team building animacijski program. Prilikom izrade ovoga diplomskoga rada korištene su sljedeće znanstvene metode: metoda analize i sinteze, metoda klasifikacije, metoda dokazivanja, deskriptivna metoda te komparativna metoda. Osmišljavanje animacijskog programa iziskuje mnogo napora, kapitala, kreativnosti te organizacije. Kompleksnost jednog takvog programa vidljiva je tek onda kada se dublje zadire u samu izradu, kroz sve faze pripreme, razrade i realizacije istog. U ovome se radu zadire u već spomenutu izradu programa ali na način usporednog prikaza teoretske analize s onom iz prakse. Drugim riječima prikazat će se projektiranje animacijskog team building programa, kojime se, u slučaju primjera koji će biti naveden, osigurava lojalnost zaposlenika. Navedena će se lojalnost dokazati anketnim upitnikom u kome će sudjelovati zaposlenici animacijske tvrtke Samarcanda koja organizira tzv. Samdays animacijski team building program. |
Sažetak (engleski) | This graduate work defines the process of designing/projecting an animation program, both theoretically and empirically. In this context, a special emphasis is put on the designing of a special animation program, intended exclusively for tourist animators (employees), more precisely, on the team building animation program. The following scientific methods were used in the elaboration of this graduate work: method of analysis and synthesis, classification method, method of proofing, descriptive method and comparative method. Designing an animation program requires a lot of effort, capital, creativity and organization. The complexity of such a program is visible only when it gets deeper into the design itself, through all stages of preparation, elaboration and realization of the program. This work is focused on the, already mentioned, design of the program, but on the way of a parallel representation of theoretical analysis with the one from practice. In other words, the design of an animation program will be shown, by which, in the case of an example, provides the loyalty of the employees. The loyalty will be proven by a questionare attended by employees from Samarcanda animation company, which organises the so-called Samdays animation team building program. |
