This work provides a detailed introduction to the topic related to the use of virtual technology and reality in tourism and everyday life. In addition to some essential concepts in tourism, such as the concept of tourism, characteristics of tourism or specific forms of tourism, robots and virtual assistants in tourism are described, what impact they had on business, trends in the use of the mentioned technology in the present, but what the situation will be and in the future, the advantages and disadvantages of using this technology and the impact itself. Robots and virtual assistants are a form of newly developed virtual reality technology that constitutes a technological achievement where tourists and users can communicate with each other and explore the area of tourism from their own home. They also change the previous use of human labor and the physical needs of people, in order to facilitate the experience of the same service in tourism. Some examples of the use of robots and virtual assistants in business are listed in the paper, in order to show the impact they have on the ever-growing trend of technology development and new forms of tourism, and for the purpose of writing the paper, research was also conducted on this topic about robots and their impact on tourism. The research was based on previously asked questions that will be processed and see if they are accepted or not. The main goal of the work is to bring the concept of virtual reality closer to the readers, its impact on all forms of tourism, but also its impact and use for some other purposes. At the end of the work itself, all the data related to the survey research were analyzed, on the basis of which the final conclusion of the work was reached at the very end, and all the literature used was analyzed.
